Bulawayo Venue Hire

Rates are exclusive of VAT.

Included in the cost of the venue hire:

• Outside gazebo by ponds for the ceremony, or conference room should it rain
• Back-up generator in the case of a power cut (not including fuel, this will be at an extra cost)
• Trestle Tables for food service area
• Bathroom facilities – own toiletries to be supplied
• Secure Parking
• Wedding photos may be taken on the premises free of charge

Excluded from the cost of the venue hire:

• All wedding & Chapel Décor
• Draping (White tent style draping available at $300 or Balloon draping $400)
• Tables & Chairs
• All equipment
• Catering
• Use of the kitchen amenities ($1 per person will be charged if you would like to hire the kitchen to cover gas, electricity, etc)
• All Beverages
• Flowers
• Wedding Reception sound system and microphone facility

Bulawayo Venue Hire With Equipment

Should you want to hire the venue with equipment included, the above venue hire rates fall away and rates will be $10 per person, including VAT.

The following is included:

• Venue hire & everything included in the venue hire only package
• Tables with white table clothes to the floor
• Plastic white chairs with white chair covers
• Cutlery & crockery
• Laying of the tables
• Glasses, either water & wine, or water & champagne
• Small round cake table, gift table & ceremony table with tablecloths.

A US$200 refundable breakage deposit is payable to cover any breakages. This will be refunded in full after the function if no losses or breakages have occurred. A deposit of $1000 is payable to secure your date.

Cut Off Times

The venue will be available from 6am on the day of your function for setup. Rental equipment, etc, can be brought on site the day before. If there is not a function the day before, set up may be started then. The venue is only available until midnight on the day of the function.
